Please Note: We are only able to accept your pet if their shot records are current (within a year old). We must also verify the shot records and should have them faxed to the kennel prior to your pet's boarding. You may also bring in the records when you come in.
You will receive confirmation of your reservation after sending us this form within 12 hours.
Deposit is refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to reservation date.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
During peak season (November 15th-Jan 1st) and holiday weekends, such as Labor Day, Memorial Day and the 4th of July, deposits are nonrefundable.
