Grooming Reservations

A $15.00 deposit is required to make a Grooming Reservation. This deposit is nonrefundable if reservation is canceled 48 hours or less prior to appointment.
 
We are only able to accept your pet if their shot records are current (within a year old). We must also verify the shot records and should have them faxed to the kennel prior to your pet's boarding or you may bring them in at the time of grooming
 
You will receive confirmation of your reservation after sending this form as well as two days prior to your pet's stay.
