Boarding Reservations

A $35.00 deposit is required to make a Boarding Reservation. This deposit is nonrefundable if reservation is canceled 72 hours or less prior to stay.
 
We are only able to accept your pet if their shot records are current (within a year old). We must also verify the shot records and should have them faxed to the kennel prior to your pet's boarding. You may also bring in the records when you come in.
 
You will receive confirmation of your reservation after sending us this form as well as three days prior to your pet's stay.
